    Delete Record

    Hi, In my customer list I have a contact that I cannot delete. When I click on the GoTo link I get a table that is blank and the message says "The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it". How can I get rid of this record?

    Hi PrimeSealants, 

    If the customer was deleted from Method but the associated contact still exists then the action likely did not sync with Quickbooks. The contact in Method should delete automatically when the customer deletes in QB. First, check to see that a full sync has occured recently. If is has then check to see if there are any conflicts associated with this record.
