unable to import anymore

    unable to import anymore

    so was importing a bunch of activities from old database when IE just hung and couldnt refresh or do anything. Ever since then I am unable to import anything and get the following error.

    I have tried IE, firefox and chrome and they all give the same error, also have deleted my cache on all the browsers, restarted my computer, logged off for 2 hours and still get this error.

    Any clues? If I try to click on the choose table it doesnt show any tables if that helps?

    Integration Tools menu >> Import / Export menu >> Prepare Data >> Validation 
    ERROR:Login Failed: If you have attempted to log in several times, please wait 10 Minutes before trying again.

    This page allows you to import data from a file or your clipboard or to export data to a file. First, select which you'd like to do, then select the table.

    1. Choose to import or export:
    Import into a table from a file
    Import into a table from the clipboard
    Export a table to a file
    2. Pick a Table:   Choose a table...    Show only common tables?
    Integration Tools menu >> Import / Export menu >> Prepare Data >> Validation

    as an FYI I logged in as a different user and was able to upload, so something is up with my user.

    well seems like the second user is locked now, but am able to log back in as first user again, haha. It seems to happen mid import when something causes the import to stop. Could well be my internet or router over heating.

    Hi Ben,

    Could you check your password preferences and see how long Method can sit idle before asking for a login?  Perhaps this is set too low and is causing the import to fail halfway.
