Restoring items marked "DeleteFromDesktop"

    Restoring items marked "DeleteFromDesktop"

    We had to restore the previous night's backup copy of QBES, losing a morning's worth of transactions/customer entries/time entries/etc.

    During a full sync, I see all the transaction made during the morning marked "DeleteFromDesktop" in the Resolve Conflicts tab. Clicking "Retry" does nothing (they do not get re-added) and they re-appear during the next full sync.

    Is there any way to force these items to be re-created in QB Desktop?

    Hi Wes, 

    This can be done, but it would take paid consulting time because a developer would have to force the conflicts back into Quickbooks. I recommend you give us a call on our support line to talk about it further and so we can take action quickly. The number is 1.888.925.6238 and then dial 2 for the support line.
