I have competed the following fields at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 to test viewing an activity screen...

strCompanyAccount

strLogin

strPassword

TabName

TabLinkName

RecordID

Receiving the following error...

"Cannot convert to System.Boolean.

Parameter name: type ---> String was not recognized as a valid Boolean."

Are none of the other fields required?

Looking at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/Service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4

Scroll down to soap1.1 or 1.2 and check out the field types. There is a boolean value called IsPortal....it's the only boolean value in this case....if you are leaving it blank, that is an empty string. An empty string cannot be converted to a boolean value

Changed the 'isPortal' to false and now getting a successful lookup. The link however doesn't take me to the correct screen.

I'm gonna need a little more info here...Is it taking you to the screen in a different tab or tab group? Or just some random screen somewhere? Can you elaborate on what you entered and where it takes you?

I was directing toward the New Activity screen under Activities but went to the home dashboard.

Yes, I only have the one login on the account.

That is unusual....since it is working correctly for me. Here's what I need you to do. Enable the methodsupport user on your account. Then send me an email with your account name, and the values you are populating the parameters with, and I will see what I can find out.
