    Text/SMS Alerts


    I am the administrator and was able to trigger my SMS alerts to work.  However, I cannot get it to work for a person with staff permissions.  What am I missing, have customized users and the activity table?

    Hi Keita, 

    I tested this here on a user with a staff role with no problems. If you have done everything the same with your staff user as you did with yourself then either the phone information was entered incorrectly or the service provider is blocking the messages. Unfortunately if the service provider is blocking the messages there is nothing we can do. I hope that this helps to clear up the problem.
