Hi,
The reason some records are not fully deleted right away is that Quickbooks is the master record so to speak. Since its the master record, we need to check with the Quickbooks file before deletion to ensure there isn't any sort of data incompatibility.
We can certainly reset your account if you wish. By doing this, all data, users and customized screens will be gone. You Method account will be fresh, as if you just signed up. If you wish to proceed with this, you can email me your Method account and I can put a ticket in to reset your account.
