Customers dissapearing weekly must perform manual full sync weekly

    Customers dissapearing weekly must perform manual full sync weekly

    This is becoming to be a problem, we are having to do a full sync weekly to make customers reappear in method, could this be caused by multi user quickbooks users and all users having sync engine running?

    Hi Innovative,

    I haven't seen any issues like this in the past and no this would not be the cause of the problem. When the records are no longer in Method, do you have conflicts that need to be resolved? At what point do the customers start "disappearing" in Method, is there any commonality?
