    Calender dragging appointments

    Greeting

    QBO>Sched and Invoice>Calendar

    I tried dragging 4 work orders at the same time from monday to saturday and i got a big red X saying i caused alot of errors. 

    This is a stock screen. I take it this cant be done? just move one work order one at a time?

    Hi John,

    I was able to do this without any issues. Can you please advise whether you tried rescheduling Work Orders assigned to yourself or a different user? Please provide the exact steps to replicate the issue if it happens consistently; if not, then was this only a one time occurrence? Also check the permissions of the user you did this with to see if the Administrator role is granted.

    Talk about touchy lol i figured out what i did wrong. You have to do this in this order or you get the error message

    Hold down the ctrl key

    Click the desired work orders.

    put you mouse over any of the selected work orders then hold down the left mouse button and start dragging the work orders

    when you are over the desired spot release the ctrl button

    Now release the left mouse button

    Method starts doing its thing for 15 sec 

    You have to make sure the ctrl button is depressed first before the mouse button or you get the error message.

    All permissions are granted, all are recurring and using chrome browser.

    Thanks for the steps, I tested it using the 'Shift' button and it doesn't matter when I depress it, as long as all the activities are highlighted.
