Is it possible to add a new contact to a current Lead/Customer

    Is it possible to add a new contact to a current Lead/Customer

    When I receive an email from a new contact at an established customer or vendor, is there a way to add just the new contact information to the established customer without add it as a new customer as well?

    Hi NOVA Sales,

    This can be done by clicking the Add Contact link on the Gmail Gadget then searching for an Existing Customer. Simply complete the Contact information in the form below then click Save. Hope this helps!
