Tax Not Calculating

    I have created an estimate in Method.  It has synced with QB.  In QB, the tax appears and the QB estimate shows the sales tax.  In Method, however, the tax appears on the screen, but when I select the print preview, the sales tax is $0 and the total is the pre-tax amount.  If I bring up an estimate created in QB and then synced with Method, the sales tax appears in the print preview.

    Ideas?

    Hi Mario, 

    Can you enable the MethodSupport user on your account? To do so, go to Customize>Users and press the checkbox in the Active column. Also, can you email me your company account name and a few examples of estimate numbers that are not calculating tax? Thanks.
