Does anybody know if the "Lead Rating" can be customized? Warm, Hot and Cold is very rudamentory.
Also when I create a new lead then select "leads and contacts list" it dosent show the new lead unless I referesh narrow back down to that list....
Yes, you are able to customize the Lead Rating field to display specific drop down values. To do this, you will have to build a new Lead Rating screen based off the LeadRating table and add a grid to show the current values. Afterwards, you can use the Save All Sections and Delete Active Record actions to modify the table.
