Good day, I’m working with the outlook plugin and trying to simplify my appointment process, it’s going ok but for some reason the drop down for "location format" does not give me any way to add a location or field to pull a location from? any updates or ideas on this? Also, I’m creating work orders from outlook appointments and the "job name" is pulling in the comments (in this case my web form email form the customer) so i have to go to method and edit the work order to get things in the correct place.
Any help is appreciated.
