the following pop up appears = 1 invoice(s) have been created. Would you like to be taken to the Invoice List? I choose OK and nothing happens. I'm still looking at the Add/Edit Work Order Screen.

Hi,

Start by checking the actions for the ‘Created Invoices…’ button from the screen named ‘FieldService_CreateInvoices’. Double check the properties of the Go To Tab Link action immediately following the Show Message action on this button. It should be directing you to Customer Center>>Invoices.

Are these original Method screens or screens you have customized? I am unable to duplicate your issue on my end. Please provide detailed steps you are taking so we can look into this further.

That was the problem.

I had not done any customization to the screen. However, I had selected the edit button to review all the actions on the screen. It appears, that when the screen was copied as part of the edit process, that the tab link data was not copied over.

By the way, thanks for your help. Because of your guidance, it works now! :)
