I have been trying to create a couple of web forms over the last few days. All goes well until step 8. I can't edit and change any default values or set any fields to hidden. Clicking the hidden check box skips the screen to step 9. When hitting finish the final screen only shows the HTML for the header and footer, there is no body.

If I save the form and reload it all of the tables and fields in steps 2-5 are reset and have to be selected again.

I've tried this on two different accounts that we manage.

Sorry, just seen an earlier post. I'm now using Firefox and it seems to be working.

Try this in Firefox, but first clear your browser cache/history. It shouldn't be happening but there is an issue with web forms on Google Chrome having their data reset as you mentioned, plus some other strange behaviour. Our dev team is working on getting this resolved so in the meantime using a different browser should help. As tedious and annoying as it is, I actually clear my browser cache/history before playing with web forms, just to be on the safe side.

Can you please enable MethodSupport then email me your Company Account name's along with the affected web form names.
