    Portal user

    Should paid users count towards our portal use? I have been testing my portal especially with all the issues I have been having and have hurdled the free 500 we get this month. I would test it in my account but with all the issues I tested it by logging in directly.

    Hi Ben,

    We have a Help Center article about portal pricing hereUnfortunately, all sessions on the portal count towards your 500 free sessions per month.
