In QuickBooks we have a custom field for Serial Number and Warranty Reason that we use for reporting on warranty items. We also use Templates for our warranty reporting, for example if you choose the template "warranty sales order" then we can report on all warranty items that were sent out.
So I would like to know is there some way to get our custome fields to show up in Method?
Is there some way to get our templates to show up in Method?
Finally is can that information be sent to QuickBooks when an order is placed?
