When you get the chance, could you send me either a private message on the forums, or email me directly (email is in my signature), with the CompanyAccount Name you enter when logging into Method. Also, please make sure MethodSupport is turned on. This can be done by going to Customize->Users, then under the section "Edit an existing User", make sure the Method Support User has a Checkmark under the Active Column. When we have access to your account we can take a closer look to see what can be done.
