    We've not resolved my issue, Ben. We've processed our first list successfully yesterday. After the process was complete I retruned to the list builder tab yesterday afternoon and again this morning, and clicked List Builder, when opened the only tab offered on the screen is step 2. As if the first list was not processed. The grid is empty, with the same column headings. I do not get the tabs 1-5 to start a new list. Some how our list builder has not returned to it's default state. As you noted in an earlier post I do feel I understand how the List Builder functions, I don't see that I've overlooked something, it appears to me that something is keeping the List Builder from returning to it's default state after it had processed our list. Thanks
