Customer Table not recognizing new field added when exporting

    Customer Table not recognizing new field added when exporting

    Method Team,

    I added a new tsxt field to the customer table - it showed up in the customer table list of available fields - it showed up in the screen customization window for new customer - I have used it on the screen for customizating - I am testing for it saving the field by exporting the field to excel and it will not export the field it says that the customer table does not have a field with that name.  I have tried deleting it from the screen customization and adding it back in - it made no difference - any suggestions?

    Hi VLocke,

    This sounds like something we may have to take a closer look at. Can you email me the company account name, the field that you are talking about, and the screens you used it in? Also, can you activate the MethodSupport user? To do so, go to Customize>Users and click the Active check box for the MethodSupport user. Thanks!
