    Can't process Mastercard through the gateway

    I just tried to process a mastercard through the method recieve payments page. Amex and Visa work fine. Any ideas of what the issue may be? Method support has authorized access to my Method account. Thanks.

    Hi Lucas,

    Is there any type of error message when you process the request?  Have you confirmed that the API Login and transaction key are correct?
