It is my understanding that MAC users are not able to create reports in Report Designer.  Is there anything in the works to change this?

 The report designer is a 3rd party component and currently they don't support this feature for MACs.  I'm not aware of any plans to change this.

Thank-you for the information.  Would I be able to take this up directly with the component that provides the report designer?

It’s actually an inner component, so they are not someone that supports end users.

Hi Ilya,

There is no version of the Report Designer for Mac computers. The current Report Designer is built with code base and libraries that are specific to the Windows OS, so a completely different version would need to be developed and supported for the Mac OS X. Additionally, Intuit hasn't released an SDK for QuickBooks for Mac so Method wouldn't be able to integrate with it until that happens, if it hapens. Hope this clarifies things for you.
