    Data Usage

    I noticed on Method's website the data storage limit is 500MB times the number of paid users. Is there a way to view current data usage? I was able to make a report for the number of portal sessions by using the UsersSignInLog but I cannot find where the data limit is stored in Method.


    If a report is not possible, is there a way to view it? I don't see anything about data size under "My Account".

    Hi Mike,

    Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing the current size of your Method account.  This Help Center article should answer any other questions you may have. If any questions you have are not covered in the article, please reply back here and we'll answer them for you.
