    HTML Links in Method

       Hello there,

I'm having links for call recordings imported into InvoiceLine Description

    http://screencast.com/t/DZauHZVI

How should I edit this link so I get clickable links in MethodCRM customer portals. So the goal is that customers could click a link in grid in their portal that will open their call recording. How to accomplish it?

    Hi Nebo,

There is an action available to make the field in a grid to work as a hyperlink, the action is called "Load Web Page".  You can find a good explanation of how this action works, took a look at this link from our Help Center Articles.  Essentially you can take a URL from a saved field and make it work as a hyperlink.  Please check out the link, and try using this action, I believe it will do what you are looking for, if you have any issues just post here an we will try to help you further.

    Hi Ben,

I've set up the grid as you have suggested me:

When I go to that grd and hit the link button it gives me this error:

You can see the format of link in Desc field and I tried it with http and https both. Also I've tried replace screen insted of new window option. Tested on IE10 and Firefox latest.

    Nebo,

I was able to build a quick grid, adding this action to my "URL" Column, I have attached a screenshot here, of how it looks in my grid:

When I click your link for Adam Apple in the grid, it opens a new window and goes directly to this URL.  I have attached another screenshot below, showing the actions I used to create this hyperlink action for the URL (which is the hyperlink field I created beforehand) column of my Grid.  Please let me know if this works for you after revewing the actions I used myself to get this to work.
