I have added a Drop Down Field to my Customer Screen called "Event Type". Everything seems to be fine in the edit screen. However, when I try to select that Drop Down in the actual Customer Screen, it gives me the following message:
It appears the table 'accEntity' needs to be regenerated. Go to Customize > Table/Fields. Click Edit Fields for 'accEntity' and then click 'Finished Editing Fields'. If you have any problems please contact Method Support.
So I followed the directions and regenerated the Field as above but I am still getting the error message.
