I have a dummy contact that I need to delete (or at least delete the email associated with it). When I try to delete the email address using the stock CRM_CustomerList screen, I get a notice that says "FullName is a required field and is currently blank". When I try to delete it entirely I get a message that this is the main QB contact and that I can't delete it. I can't find it anywhere in QB.
When I export the Contacts table, I see the entry and its record ID, and yes, there is no entry in the Entity, Fullname, CustomerType, etc. fields. The only important primary field that is really populated is "Name".
Now, I know I can't just insert an entry in the "FullName" column and then re-import, so how do I fix this? I also tried to enter something in the "Entity" field and import and I got the message that it "could not be found as a possible value to insert"
How do I get rid of this?!?
