    Customize Screens

    I am attempting to customize screens.  The window that appears when I select these options is only about 1.5" - 2" tall.  I can not see all of the data.  It's making me nuts.  I feel like I have blinders on.  How do make this screen more user friendly?

    Hi Tami,

    Are you using Internet Explorer? Based on your description, this is an issue that arose from an update in Internet Explorer.  I would suggest using either Firefox or Chrome for the time being.  We have a fix that is currently going through testing and should be published soon that should resolve this issue on Internet Explorer.
