Method Community

The starting address is not being populated in the "Calculate Distance" screen in Enter Expenses.  It returns an error:

Action Processing Stopped

methiodplotaddress: Rerror: No Address or coordinates to plot.

But, I do have an address, in the default preferences,  and I copied it to the ending address and it returns "please enter 2 addresses to route".

Any help is appreciated

I'm going try and recreate this in my account.  Also, could you enable MethodSupport for the account, and send me an email with your company account, and expense this is happening on so I can take a look.
