The best thing to do is give us a call on the support line. The number is 1-888-925-6238 x2. We can take a look at the issue and resolve it. It's hard to diagnose without taking a look.
If I were going to diagnosis it, I would check the Google Gadget settings in My Profile. You can find these settings if you hover over your user name in the top right. In the settings, the gadget should look like it is connected. The dropbox 'Enable the Gmail Gadget' should be checked. It could be a number of things, so give us a call.
