Sorry for the late reply. Are you still having this issue? Something quick you can try would be the following:
- Go to Customize tab > Tables and Fields
- Find your SalesOrder table
- Click Edit Fields
- Click Finish Editing Fields.
- Find your SalesOrderLine table, and repeat steps 3 and 4
What the above does is regenerate your Sales Order tables. Sometimes that's all that's needed to get rid of this error. After trying that, if you are still getting the error, please give us a call in support at 1-888-925-6238 x2. We'll be happy to look into this with you.
