JWS - Have you tried Fran's suggestions?
Something else to note is that the blank page can also come up with the Details section of the template grows to a specific point. It can get just large enough to cause this blank page. This can happen when item descriptions are big and grow the details section. Unfortunately, the designer is not a Method developed program so we can't alter the source code to correct an issue like this. If you've tried all of Fran's suggestions and they haven't worked, you can try to shorten your item descriptions and/or change the width of the detail line section.
