So I want to add a text box to my "Add/Edit Work Orders" screen, above the "Job Name" Field under The "Customer" Dropdown. I need this text box to add a name and phone number for our field technicians to be able to contact the site manager or point of contact on site for that specific day/job. I have customized the screen and added the text box where i want it but when we populate the field with a name and phone number, then save the screen, then reopen the work order; the information entered is gone and doesnt save. I need this information to be saved i would also like this field to be sent out to our technicans and viewable via their google calendar.
Any insight about this issue or instructions on how to handle it would be great.
