The currency you are seeing in the "Print Preview" for these transaction Reports from Method are actually being taken from the settings in your Web Browser. Please double check this setting in each of the browsers you are using. For example, in Google Chrome, I would go to Settings->Languagues, and based on what you are seeing, you likely have locations setup for somewhere in Europe as well as US. If you have more than one Language setup in your Browser, it will likely choose the first option from that list.
Please confirm if this is the issue you are referring to.
