Activities are not showing up on the calendar

    Activities are not showing up on the calendar

    I don't know why, but new activities are not showing up on the calendar. And any activity that I edit gets deleted as well. However, they're all showing up in the Activities list. Just not on the calendar. Can anyone explain what happened?

    Hi JoanN,

    Which Calendar are you referring to? Do you mean that Activities created in Method are not showing up in your Google calendar? Outlook calendar? A calendar on a custom screen?

    It's the activties created in Method not showing up on the Method activities calendar. Or any other calendar in method, even though I created and edited them from method.

    Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and clicking the checkbox under Active for the MethodSupport entry in the list at the bottom of the screen? After you do that, email me your Company Name and I'll go in and take a look.

    Hi Joan,

    I was not able to replicate the problem. Can you verify for me that when you go into your Activity Calendar the Assigned To: filter at the top of the screen is set to the user whose calendar you would like to view? Also that the Status: filter is set to have all statuses shown (selecting none of them should do this as well, but no harm in trying)?

    Hi Justin

    I just checked that and it's still not showing up on my end. Is it possible that it's something with my brower or an app I may have installed on it?

    Try a different browser for sure, if it still doesn't work please call our support line.

    Nope. Tried a different browser and it's still not showing up.
