I am new to Method, so I hope I am not asking a stupid question.
If I go to customer>Customer Reports and hit "Generate Report" button...I get the little spinning wheel, but a report never shows up? Where should I be looking?

Hello Gregg,
Look for any updates or pop-up blockers. Your Adobe Reader may be missing updates. Sometimes Windows updates will hold the update you need. Also, check to make sure the browser isn't blocking pop-ups or downloads from the web.
