    Automatic log off increases?

Is there anyway to increase the time it takes to auto-log off a user and/or set-up priorities as to what users take precedence over other users to stay logged in or to not kick off a priority user when another user needs to log in when it hits the number of concurrent licenses? This should be based on user level such as admin over staff but this doesnt seem to be the case.

    Thanks

    Hello dfreye,

There is a global setting for the time when Method will auto-log off.  It can be found by going to Customize -> My Account -> User Password Preferences.  In the screenshot below, it is set to the default time of 180 minutes.  Unfortunately, there is no way to have unique auto-log out times for individual users.  Also, there is no settings to say to kick out a user in one role if another 'higher' role logs in and goes over the number of concurrent licenses available.
