Integration Nightmares Continue, CRM mostly very good

    Integration Nightmares Continue, CRM mostly very good

    Has anyone else gotten through these hurdles without giving up?  We love the Method CRM but we can't get particularly the critical document feature that was advertised to come close to the promised functionality.  

    1. SMS texting of reminders has not worked, does not work, nobody knows why.
    2. SmartVault integration has been a total disaster of a critical feature that helped us choose this CRM.
    The SMS seems like a simple one, but so far no luck.
    The SV integration, all everyone does is point fingers at the other company.   If Method and the others are going to advertise the feature works, it should.   One of three user accounts SV works on the method webpage, but there is no ability to attach anything from the google gadget in gmail.   On the other two accounts the google gadget gmail attachment feature works, but there is no ability to use SV from anywhere in their Method accounts.
    SV is a great idea, but I think it'd be easier if Method just added extra storage options and similar features because best we can tell nobody at SV, Method or anywhere else understands why sometimes the integrations don't work, or how to fix them aside of repeating the process over and over a million times.  Very frustrating.  Going on a week+ now, no end in sight.

    SmartVault really hasn't been any help.  It seems like an issue only IT people with log access are going to figure out, but I can't get anyone to make that type of committment in favor of just saying it's the other integrator that has the issue.  Anyone have a recommendation of a contact at Method that can get this done?  

    Stand alone method works fine, the integration with smart vault doesn't appear to come close to working as is advertised.  I'm curious if any other new accounts are having similar issues?

    Tickets open, still no luck so far.  Hoping this is some issue that the community can benefit from when resolved and not that the integrations aren't working.

    Greetings.

    SMS texts have worked for me when I needed it BUT there is a random issue from time to time.  for me it was nothing to do with Method but the ISP.  When I had Verizion ISP there was a 50 50 chance I would not get the text. I am with ATT business class and its working great.  Why this happens is strange.  I tend to use the October verision of this program becasue its less buggy. 

    As far as smart vault I never had a isisue with it for the last 2 years.  I upload the doc to SV, i store in a directory that everyone or just me can find and it stores it.  

    Here is another note to keep in mind.  Wireless ISP and/or Cell service.  If I am in my truck and i need to upload a doc and my cell service dosent not have enough bars there is a high chance its not going to work.  Back at the office all the computers are hard wired.  I was having more issues with things not working when all the computers were on a wireless network.  Why? its a long story but when we got everything wired up...all my save and upload issues went away.
