I have a "route list" report set up in the Report Designer; the tables used are: Activity; ActivityJobItems; Company.
I believe we buildt/redefined this report based off an template that was already available in the Report Designer tool.
We need to add "Customer Phone" (Contact Phone) in to this report, so I added the "[Activity.ContactPhoneNumber]" under the Detail Band. Unfortunately the report doesn't return any data at all - the attribute "[Activity.ContactPhoneNumber]" in the final report is blank for all customers.
Kindly advise what needs to be done in order to get the Contact/ Customer Phone Number in our report.
