Ok, I have been using Method for a few weeks now. It's time I select a CRM. I've evaluated Salesforce for Quickbooks, and it was working until Intuit decided to pull out their support for the Sync manager and Salesforce. I am looking at Zoho, but it seems weak in the area in customizing to my needs.
Thus far, I really like how Method functions and integrates with Quickbooks desktop. It's great. That is my biggest reason so far for wanting to stick with it.
But it seems outdated in a sense to the others. Method is very measurably slower when clicking tabs, etc. To the point that it feels like dialup compared to cable. It's quite annoying actually. When I switch over to my Zoho trial, it is unreal how fast it is, same applied to Salesforce. What are Method's future plans to improve this? Iv'e seen old posts from years ago with the same complaint. Logging customer information while on the phone, for example, is sketchy because it takes so long for the screens to appear. Also the GUI seems old school. Are there plans to improve on these?
Edited - found the VOIP integration app
Again, I really want to work with Method because so far it has been excellent in adapting to my needs, but it really needs a huge jump in speed and some more modern features.
What's the future of method concerning any of the above?
Thanks!
