Obviously Method is more than capable of doing these few things I'd like to add - I suppose I'd have to work with a custom partner, so if any of you are reading this please chime in as I'd like to look into adding the following 2 custom modules:
Modification to Field Service - customizing a field service report with fields that apply to what we are doing (robotic field service, repairs, diagnosis, repair tactics, problems and error codes, travel time, on-site time, etc) - I have a layout that I manually fill out now and save as PDF. Would absolutely love to add this to Method, attach it to a corresponding invoice, and even allow them to view the service reports in their portal
Product Information - we refurbish industrial robots, build custom automation systems, etc. Would like to enter in relevent data about each project (I have a list of fields that I'd like to work with such as dates of greasing, certain hardware serial numbers, pictures, parts replaced during refurb, repeatability test results, etc) - Attach this information to a customer's sales order, and also share this report as a PDF in the customer portal so they can see the work we did to their unit before it shipped.
Looking for a budgetary price to make each function, add the tab and screens, buttons, etc....
