I get an error when I try to fill the list with contacts

What kind of error did you receive while trying to fill the list with contacts? Can you provide me with the screenshot for the same? Also, if you can provide me more detail on what you were trying to do that would be really helpful.

When I click on "fill list with contacts", and the in the new window "insert contacts" I get
An error has occurred. An email has been sent to Method staff. If this problem persists, please contact the Method Team at method@methodintegration.com.

I tried to reproduce it on my account by going to ListBuilder -> Click on Fill List with Contacts -> Click on Insert Contacts it takes me to the Step 2:Edit your List and it is working fine without any error. Is there's something different you are trying?
