    Plug-in doesn't show up after being downloaded.

    Hello,

    We are new to method and we have been downloading the plug-in to microsoft outlook. So far it has worked on all of our computers except for 2. On one computer it went directly into "Quick Steps" and then disappeared. The other computer downloaded the plug-in and is not anywhere on outlook. It says that it is downloaded onto the computer but doesn't appear to show on Outlook. If you have any ideas please feel free to reply. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear back soon!

    I was able to resolve the problem. If you go under the properties and look at the bottom of the screen. There is an unblock button that should resolve the problem. If you then reload methods plug-in it should work for you.
