Yes this is possible. Navigate to the Customize -> Integration Tools -> Import/Export. Untick Show only common tables and export the UsersSignInLog table.
You can also view the Audit Trail by navigating to the Quickbooks tab -> Audit Trail. The Audit Trail keeps track of all additions, modifications and deletions. You can filter by user to see all activity they have performed in Method.
