Estimates are not synchronizing with Quickbooks

    Estimates are not synchronizing with Quickbooks

    So our estimates are transferred over to quickbooks for our ap team. When they type in the estimate number to pull it up, it says that there is no estimate. The "wait for synch approval" is unchecked as well. This was working just fine an hour before it stopped synching.

    Hello Justin,

    Here's my answer. I would suggest you to check few things in your account:

    - Sign out and sign back in again

    - Check the Date/Time stamp on Changes-Only Sync and see when it was last happend.(Make sure you have the most recent date & time).

    - You can also run a Full sync to make sure everthing is syncing fine.

    - Make sure your sync engine is working fine.
