I have a custom screen that has no live versions. I am trying to set one of the versions as the live versio and get the error pictured below:

I suggest you to try clear the cache and sign out and sign back in again. If the problem persist turn on method support I can have a look into this. You can also give a call on our support line 1-888-925-6238 option 2 for support.

I confirmed it with dev team, there is a bug and we have created a ticket for this. I will let you know once the issue is resolved.
This issue is now fixed with our new updates for Method:New.
