Get access denied message when trying to reply to resolved forum post

    Get access denied message when trying to reply to resolved forum post

    I am trying to reply to Inder aboutforum post https://www.method.me/cs/forums/p/6451/24022.aspx#24022

    I get a messageaccess is denied.

    I tested this issue on my sideand it appears to be fixed.

    Thanks for the Confirmation. I am not sure why you get the error while replying to the post. I have moved that post to the Fixed & Resolved issue section and also send you a email notification for that. Please try again and let me know if you still have issue in replying.

    I still get this message when I tried to reply to anything in the resolved forum posts...

    Hello Mahlon, 

    Sorry for the confusion earlier. The "Known Issues" and "Fixed and Resolved issues" folders under Method:New Beta GeneralQ&A are Read only folders for the users. Those folders contain the information on Known issues and resolved issues so that if the user have some issues they can go through those folders to check the issues and resolutions. If you think you have any issue which was resolved earlier, you can write a new post and provide the link to that post from those folders.
