I have been trying to create some solutions for clients/leads for portal issues. I am however running into an issue with screen shots. Since most people are visual, I can not seem to insert a page screen in these message blocks. help.

Hi edward,

Are you trying to paste a screenshot into the text area of a solution? If so, that won't work. You'll have to either upload the screenshot to Method or link it from an existing source on the web.

First, you'll want to click this icon on the New / Edit Solution screen:

Then the Upload File Wizard should appear:

From here, you can upload a file from your computer to Method and have it appear in a solution.
