Sorry for the late reply, looks like this one slipped by me. Please email me the Report Name of the report you would like restored, as well as the Company Account name of the account. Please ensure that the MethodSupport user is turned on by navigating to Customize > Users in Method and checking the box under Active for the MethodSupport user in the list.
