I am trying to create a web site after all this years, at go daddy, I copy the link to the web lead form but I get an error message (very long)
Can I get support for this?
Hi Marcelo,
Is it alright if I log in to your account to check if it's the web form causing the issue? Let me know the name of the web form if you want me to do this.
- Justin
Yes that is fine
The error I get it is when I click the submit button at the web site that I am working on.
error
Marcelo,
That error is typically encountered when the web form isn't being hosted on a website listed in Step 1 of the Web-To-Lead form configuration. I was able to get past this error message, so make sure you are hosting it on a site added to that list.
does it have to be the main address of the web site, or the exact page where the form is
www.marceloslandscapinginc.net main
www.marceloslandscapinginc.net/contact-us.html exact page
and how can I change the font color?
http://yourdomain.com should work. If not, check the spelling, and make sure that you're not hosting the form on a temporary test/staging site with a different address.
Where would you like to change the font colour?
The site is published
the domain is correct
the message now is different
All the font color, in the design mode the font is black, you can read it well, but in the published web site it turns lite brown and it is hard to read it
You should get an email with a more robust error message, please email that to me. This issue seems to be affecting some accounts lately.
As for the font colour, that issue looks to be on the website-side, so I'm not sure what might be causing it.
I sent you the email, just checking if you got it
I did get the email. I've added this forum thread to the ticket we have in with our development team to fix this issue. I'll post back here once it's resolved.
This should work now. Post back here if there's any issues.
still not working for me
should i send you the email error message?
Try clearing your cache, then test again.
Let me know.
That did it, thanks
