New Trial Account not showing in Switch Account

    New Trial Account not showing in Switch Account

    I'm trying to get a new trial account to show up with my PartnerRetreat and current company account in Beta Switch Account.

    The new Admin user has the same Userid, email and password as my current company account.

    What am I missing?

    Hi Kerry,

    Have you added them to the same MethodID? From within Method:Classic, hover over your username in the top-right corner of your browser and click Manage OpenID. If your other account does not appear in the list, click on Add Additional Login... and enter your login credentials for that account. This should link your accounts and enable the Switch Account function in Method:New.

    Let me know how it goes.

    In Classic when I hover over my username, my only options are My Profile and Sign out of...

    Same in both my linked account and the new trial account.

    Could you login to Method:New for me? Once you've done that, change the URL of your web browser from http://yourcompanyaccount.method.me/[etc] to http://yourothercompanyaccount.method.me/[etc]. Let me know the result.

    This issue turned out to be a caching problem. For anyone else experiencing this issue, try clearing your cache.
