Professional Services - payroll items not being pulled though

    Professional Services - payroll items not being pulled though

     When I double click into an entry on the calendar on the Professional Services Dashboard. 

    There are blanks in the "edit activity" screen that I need to fill out:

    Item

    Item Description

    Due Date Start

    Due Date End

    I am assuming that once this is  populated, this information will go into employee time tracking. 

    Unfortunately, my "item" list is empty, there is nothing listed in the pull down.  Is there a way that I can get that item list to show?

    Hi Kelly,

    As it currently stands, this popup screen provides scheduling purposes only. Time entries are to be done from the Items & Invoicing Details section by clicking the ‘Enter time…’ link. During one of our calls we talked about having direct access to enter time from this pop up screen.

    You should know that changes to make activities more user-friendly and allow for direct time tracking entry is under way. Smile

    The Item dropdown on the pop up screen is filtered to show the same list from the Items & Invoicing Details section for each project. Make sure the item you are looking to choose from the dropdown is available at the project level first.
